Paul Johansson serves as Chancellor and Chairman of Elim Bible Institute and College and is the founder of the New York School of Urban Ministry. He and his wife, Gloria, served 11 years as missionaries in Kenya, where they helped establish All Nations Gospel Church and co-found Nairobi Pentecostal Bible College. Paul is an author and frequent speaker at missions and leadership conferences, and he and Gloria have served in ministry together for over 60 years.

Speaker Dave Highlander
Pastor Dave served as an Executive Director and on the Board of Directors for the Potomac Ministries Network of the Assemblies of God. He is a recently retired as Lead Pastor of Calvary A/G in Hampton, VA. Sherri grew up in a Pastor’s home, went to Emmanuel College for a Music Degree. She and her husband, Dave, have served as pastors and music minister in three churches over a span of forty six years. They have two adult daughters, and five awesome grandchildren.
